By accessing vidyqora.in ("the Website") or using the Vidyqora app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Vidyqora (a trade name operated by its founder; "Vidyqora," "we," "us," or "our").

2. What Vidyqora Is

Vidyqora is a free diagnostic practice-test tool for NEET (UG) aspirants. It lets you take mock tests, see instant scoring, and review a chapter-level weakness report. There is no paid tier, user account, or sign-up at this time. These Terms will be updated if and when paid features or accounts launch.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website independently. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may only use it with the awareness and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Website, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. How the App Handles Your Data

Vidyqora does not require an account. Your test answers, scores, and history are stored only in your own browser's local storage and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. This means:

We cannot see, back up, or recover your test history on your behalf
Clearing your browser data, or switching browsers or devices, will remove or not show that history
You are responsible for your own device's security regarding this locally stored data

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to the Vidyqora name, logo, tagline, design elements, question bank, explanatory content, and diagnostic framework — is the exclusive intellectual property of Vidyqora, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Website, including the question bank
Use the Vidyqora name, logo, or brand assets without prior written permission
Frame or deep-link to this Website without permission

6. User Conduct

By using the Website, you agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its infrastructure
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract the question bank or other content
Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Website
Violate any applicable Indian law while using the Website

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Vidyqora does not warrant that:

The Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses
Every question, explanation, or score produced by the app is free of error
Performance on Vidyqora's mock tests corresponds exactly to performance on the actual NEET examination

Vidyqora is a practice and diagnostic aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Testing Agency or any official NEET examination body.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Vidyqora and its founder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Website, including reliance on practice scores or diagnostic reports.

In no event shall Vidyqora's total liability to you exceed INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand), regardless of the cause of action.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Vidyqora is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing those links is at your own risk.

10. Modifications to the Website and Terms

Vidyqora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any part of it at any time, with or without notice, and to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may restrict access to the Website for anyone we reasonably believe has violated these Terms, including by blocking IP addresses used in an abusive or fraudulent manner. Since no user accounts exist at this stage, this is the primary means of enforcement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Step 1 — Informal Resolution: If you have a dispute with Vidyqora, please email contact@vidyqora.in first. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it within 30 days.

Step 2 — Formal Resolution: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shillong, Meghalaya, India.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vidyqora regarding your use of the Website. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
