1. Who We Are

Vidyqora ("we," "us," or "our") is a free diagnostic practice-test tool for NEET (UG) aspirants, available at vidyqora.in. It is operated by Debulman Syiemiong as a trade name.

For questions about this policy, contact: contact@vidyqora.in

2. What Vidyqora Is Today

Vidyqora is a live, free-to-use web app. It lets you take practice tests, see your score instantly, and review a chapter-level weakness report. There is no account creation or sign-up to use it — you open the app and start a test.

3. What Data We Collect

Vidyqora is designed to collect as little as possible:

DataWhere it livesWhy
Your test answers, scores, and historyStored only in your own browser (localStorage)So the app can show your score and progress to you — this never leaves your device or reaches our servers
Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested)Our hosting provider's infrastructure logsSecurity, abuse prevention, and keeping the site running — generated automatically by any website
Your email addressOnly if you email us directlyTo respond to your message

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information, government-issued identification, or any sensitive personal data as defined under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the DPDPA 2023, any processing we do is based on:

Because your test data stays on your own device, we are not a data fiduciary for that data — we never receive, see, or process it.

5. How We Use Your Data

We will never sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party.

6. Who We Share Data With

Your test data never reaches us in the first place, so there is nothing of that kind for us to share.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your test history lives in your browser's local storage on your own device. Clearing your browser data, using a different browser, or switching devices will remove or not show that history — we cannot recover it for you, because we never had a copy.

The website itself is served over HTTPS with industry-standard transport security.

8. Cookies and Analytics

Vidyqora does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The app may use essential browser storage (localStorage) purely to save your own test results on your own device, and may in the future use basic, privacy-respecting traffic analytics. This policy will be updated if that changes.

9. Your Rights

Since we don't hold your test data, most data-subject requests apply only to the limited information above (server logs, or any email you've sent us). You may still:

To clear your own locally stored test data at any time, use your browser's site data settings, or any "Clear my data" option inside the app.

10. Children's Privacy

Vidyqora is built for NEET aspirants, typically 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us directly, email contact@vidyqora.in and we will delete that communication promptly. If you are a minor using this site, a parent or guardian should review this policy with you.

11. Grievance Officer
